Lately, I've been seeing a lot of well-known marketing goo-roos jump on the bandwagon of selling AI Copywriting GPTs...
Essentially prostituting themselves for a quick buck...
...while damaging the market's trust even further.
People who once preached not to use AI... are now selling addons to their spineless NPC fanboys who believe everything their "master" proclaims is the Gospel.
I gotta say, it's a sad, yet startling sight to watch because…
Now...
Am I against using or selling AI marketing tools?
Not at all.
I'm a moderate user of these items when it comes to brainstorming ideas (which I come up with myself), product names... and dissecting important information.
Yet...
I reject, or, rather, despise the use of AI in writing marketing & sales copy.
No matter how much prompting you do, AI will NEVER be able to write high-class, persuasive, and empathetic copy plus... when the AI bubble will eventually burst--even Sam Altman agreed it will--everyone who relies on AI tools to do their Market Research, write copy and even do customer support (which, honestly, you should be Old Testament style stoned for)... will perish from the face of the earth, sent back into mum's moldy basement...
With zero skills...
With zero marketplace value...
And with zero ability to think for themselves.
Yet, and you can mark my words, folks who REJECT using AI will flourish in their creative endeavors.
So the trillion-dollar question becomes:
What side are you on?
Will you disappear like a turd in the wind?
Or will you prosper?
My answer is simply that...
Eventually...
However, here's a quick test you can do to find out:
Challenge yourself... for 7 days... not to use AI (which includes the clone of your favorite AI goo-roo pimp) for any creative business task.
If you experience endless brainfarts and are unable to perform your duties...
You have the answer:
You won't survive the AI bubble burst.
(By the way, if you didn't feel triggered and commented your thesis with 10.5 reasons why I'm wrong... then don't worry, you'll survive the AI downfall.)
That's it for today.
Your friend,
Michael
